Konrad Adenauer Stiftung together with  The Rule of Law Asia Program at the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice are pleased to announce that we will be launching our report, “International Law and Humanitarian Evacuations in Afghanistan: The Role of Non-State Entities” on Wednesday, 20 September 2023, at 6.30pm CEST/12.30pm EDT.
 
The launch event will be in the format of a hybrid roundtable to encourage open and honest discussions among participants that will include representatives from academia, NGOs, think-tanks, and political entities. The Chatham House Rule applies.
