Please join the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice and Advocates for Sexual Health and Rights (ASHR) for an informal talk with Ugandan transgender sex worker rights activist Beyonce Karungi.  Ms. Karungi is a leading human rights activist and the director of Transgender Equality Uganda, a human rights organization started and led by transgender women in Uganda that strives to create a space for transwomen in Uganda’s gender emancipation and feminist movement.

Light breakfast will be provided.
