The United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) cordially invites you to join a cocktail reception and panel discussion on the theme, “Prioritizing Women’s Health Equity in Business”, to be held on the
sidelines of the 67th session of the Commission on Status of Women 2023 in New York.
The event hosted by the UNFPA Coalition for Reproductive Justice in Business in partnership with the Leitner Center for International Law and Justice will serve to engage stakeholders including auditing and accounting firms, academia, and corporates on how the private sector can contribute to advancing UNFPA’s mandate to end preventable maternal deaths, end the unmet need for family planning, and eliminate gender-based violence through corporate strategy and operations.
Participants will explore the possibilities to embed metrics on SRHR, women’s economic empowerment,
and gender equality into leading ESG frameworks, as a practical step towards accelerating private sector
action to protect and advance the sexual reproductive health rights of women and girls globally.
