Speaker: Mariela Noles Cotito
Maria Noles Cotito is a governmental consultant working for the Peruvian government on issues of race, racial discrimination, Afrodescendants, and gender equality. Currently, she is also working at the Institute for the Study of Latin America and the Caribbean at USF where her research focuses on blackness in indigenous countries.
Ms. Noles Cotito received her LL.M. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and is currently a M.A. candidate in Latin American Studies and Political Science at the University of South Florida.
